Did pick up instead of eating in. The hostess seemed aloof and took a while to process payment.
Slow Monday night so the service was awesome and the food very good. When I am back in the area next year will stop ahain!

We were promptly met when we went in to get a table. The service was prompt. The food was good and at a reasonable price. We sat outside and enjoyed watching the people in the neighborhood walk by. Great Pinot Grigio.

the waitress and wait staff was exemplary and very friendly
The spinach raviolis were delicious, but the calzone was a little overcooked.

The staff, the ambiance, the food, the price, the rose, the free bottled water and complimentary salad. Oh my gosh...there aren't enough words to express how special we were made to feel on Valentine's day. Amazing experience. This is going to be our place!
The atmosphere was excellent. We loved the fried calamari and meat pizza. I would say the crust is the best we've ever had from a pizza. Friendly service. Will definitely return!
The meal we selected was prepared from scratch. The eggplant was the best served by any restaurant I have been to in several years. I will go there again. The service was very good.
The food was prepared perfectly, the wine was very good and reasonably priced, and the dessert was perfect.
The waiter did not even greet us but just pointed to the tables. He took my restaurant.com gift certificate off the table without even saying a word. He left two bottles on the table and came back with three slices of bread and two salads. The salads tasted good. Still did not speak to us. We told him what we wanted from the menu (capellini with meat balls and capellini with marinara sauce - both listed for $13 apiece) The sauce on the entrée tasted sweet and similar to Chef Boyardee cans. The meatballs were also similar to that from the Chef Boyardee cans. We saw that on the check that we were charged an extra dollar for the meatballs - why I do not know.
The food was amazing, however, the waitress did not like the fact that I used a restaurant.com certificate and her service was mediocure at best. The food was absolutely amazing. When she no longer works there I would patron that restaurant regularly.
Family run business in a nice neighborhood. A little bit of a language barrier with the waitress. She spoke mostly Italian. Would like to return some day.
Our food was fine. The service was okay...until we had to wait at least 1 hour from the time the last bite of food was eaten to the point where I needed to walk inside to ask for a check. We were told at least three times during that hour that the check would be brought to us or that a box would Be brought to us. Extremely disappointing.
Service was fast. Meals were good quality, fresh and delicious desserts were so good!

we waited over an hour for our food and other people that came after us where given their food before us.
I wanted to love it guys, I really did, but it was just so so. Jorge was very nice, and brought us complimentary salads, which was awesome, but he was the only waiter.....and the only bartender....and the only busboy, so the service was a bit spotty, but not for lack of trying on Jorge's part. My companions said their entrees were ok, but I ordered a salmon rare and it was well done to the point where it was overcooked. Maybe my fault for ordering seafood at an Italian restaurant, but if it's on the menu....Anyway, we may go back. The $50 off was certainly an incentive, but without the discount, there are better places in DelRay.
The wait staff was a bit overwhelmed but we had full glasses of wine, bread and our appetizer. They were very apologetic and super friendly.
Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to please and make your visit great.

The food was good, but what impressed us was the waitress who was alone in a packed restaurant. How she managed to take care of all of those customers amazed us. It's a small restaurant, but a group of 10 came in, and they pulled together enough tables across the length of the restaurant to accommodate them. The al fresco dining was especially pleasant since it was not too hot or humid outside.
The service was excellent and waitress (Angelina) took great care of my wife & I. We shall return for another meal at this restaurant.

Bella Napoli is a small neighborhood restaurant that serves absolutely delicious and authentic Italian meals. Only the freshest ingredients are used and each entree was delightfully seasoned. The bruschetta was especially good ... excellent balsamic drizzle enhanced it. The gelato was a surprise. Three flavors layered and covered in chocolate!

It's a very quaint restaurant for small town. It was busy, and packed . Even though the food was fresh the taste is pretty bland. It could use more salt or even seasoning. I had mussels shrimp scallops with wine sauce. The seafood was fresh, but the wine sauce did not have much flavor. I could not taste the garlic or the wine sauce itself. I would go back only if I don't have any choice. choice

Service was very slow. Air conditioning not working. Wrong entrée was served and had to be sent back. Food was not of good quality. We will not dine there any more.

Food was mediocre at best all though the calamari had a nice breading and texture if it was a little lacking in flavor. The atmosphere was very casual and more well suited to take out rather than dine-in. The server lacked personality and attention to detail. Overall, nothing was horrible, but we were eager to leave and find a different place to eat dessert.
It was an awesome meal and the owner/cook/waiter for the night, because of staff no show, was an amazing man. Delicious food, all authentic.

The people, including the owner/chef (?) bent over backwards to ensure that we not only got what we wanted (even custom-made entrees), but to make us feel welcome. I will definitely go back there.

Although prices were reasonable for our area, the portions truly were very small. The veal was stringy but the chicken dishes were very tasty. Service was excellent. Martini was excellent.

We had a pleasant late lunch. Garlic bread and two entrees. The service was attentive and quick. The food was very enjoyable.
This wasn't the very best Italian food I've ever eaten, but it was certainly good. And given the prices ($12-$16 for most entrees), I think this is a very fair deal.
