The guy running the register greeted us as we walked in the door. He was very pleasant. The restaurant is military friendly, which is important to us since we have many family members that are veterans. The bagels were delicious and the homemade strawberry spread was fabulous!

My husband and I love salt bagels (they are hard to find) and since we've moved closer to Downtown Knoxville, I found Best Bagels in Town and ordered a dozen with cream cheese and scallions on the side; they are awesome! Even though it was a take out order, we will definitely be back!

The only reason I bought the certificate was because I love the Sporty Bagels. Guess what? They discontinued them! Very disappointed.
Not much choice for vegetarians. The pizza vegetarian bagel was horrible! My wife took only one bite of it and threw away the rest!

Get a better coffee brand
The hot tea selection was poor. Lipton was the only choice. Recommend offering specialty tea such as green tea or Earl Gray, English Breakfast, etc.

the best bagel i have had outside of New York...hands down!!! The blueberries in the fruit salad were the biggest and tastiest blueberries i've ever had! Can't wait to hit this place again!

Went for lunch -- meat was good but bagels were hard. That's why I gave a 4 and not a 5.
Sandwich was quite tasty and the bagels were still very fresh even after noon.
