Fabulous dining experience. Meal was cooked to perfection. Wait staff was attentive.
The garden salad needs some work. Basically it’s just fancy lettuce with a slice of cucumber and tomato. The lettuce was really dry. Salad dressing was just mediocre tasting. Maria’s meatballs are excellent. The wings were good too. I’m not a fan of any grilled pizza so I’m not going to rate it. My husband liked it though.
The food was delicious, the selection from the menu was awesome and the amount of food also impressive
The food and atmosphere were great, drink service was quick, but our food service was slow.
Been to Castello’s twice this month and going again tonight. You have to try the mussels. Can’t get enough of them or the sauce. Best I’ve ever had.

Liked that they have wide variety of Italian foods in wide price range to fit any budget. Some common and not-so-common Italian specialties. Food served nice and hot and well-seasoned with nice portions.

A wonderful dinner- we were all very pleased with the service and the food.
Waitress was very good. The only dinner I had I wouldn't order again. The skins on eggplant was tough to eat. Too many grape tomatoes surrounding the dish and skin on some of the butternut squash. Sliced opaque tomatoes used in between eggplant slices. Too much plum would be better.
Quaint atmosphere, great food and service

The crab cakes are to die for and the sauce served with them complimented them perfectly.
Food service was slow. Server kept us informed of the delay and kept checking on us. Apologies were made for the delay in food.
Entrees and garlic knots were very good. disappointed that basic salad didn't' come with meal. Caprese salad extremely cold like it had been in fridge. Tomatoes not very ripe, on hard side and not much flavor as well as mozzarella. Think it may have been unsalted cheese. Skimpiest glass of wine in town. We each had an $8 glass (and was told it's a measured 4 oz. A little too pricey compared to other new Italian restaurant that just opened on other side of town that makes all it's own pastas, generous wine pours and salad included with meal.
The polenta mushroom dish needed more flavor.

The service was excellent. The food was wonderful.
Took 30 minutes to get bread, another 10 minutes to get napkins/silverweat, and another 15 minutes for the appetizer.
