Food flavorful but not as hot as we prefer. Last time chicken wild rice soup had cube size chicken chunks. This time, shredded pieces.

The food was good and the atmosphere was fun. Good comfort food, nothing special but tasty. Highly recommend if you're looking for a casual cheap place to have a meal. Server was fantastic and attentive.

Terrible food
Waiter was not experienced at all. Food was served cold because waiter was eating at kitchen with door open so we had to wait for some time for our own food to arrive. Also we were never offered any water or asked if food was o.k. Will not visit anymore.
Not busy on off hours today and we had great food and advice from bartendress

I was inebriated. Food was great, service was slow. They messed up our order but I've been here other times and service has been perfect in the past. Maybe just got unlucky this time.

A bit annoyed by (1) the manager/waitress holding a meeting 10 feet from us and (2) a rather large waiter standing 5 feet away watching a TV monitor.

A small restaurant with warm decor. Excellent service from start to finish. This is gourmet Mexican cuisine and the chef to carry it off!

Charlie's Kitchen is a hip restaurant in Harvard Square which has been there for years. The atmosphere is cool and the food is great. Good people watching too.
Sometimes I've bigger lumps of lobster in the lobsterburger, which I've liked, but this time the consistency was more uniform, more like ground beef. That disappointed some, since I'd enthused to my wife about it.Also I very much like the patio, but wish the fence were lower. It feels too enclosed, a tiny corral.
Since it was a hot day, all tables were full in the bar. We sat in the high chair area. The lobster burger with waffle fries tasted ok, not memorable. Soon after our 2:30pm lunch, we had stomach issue. Meat was probably not kept in proper condition. Painted tin ceiling must've been beautiful once. Wait staff was attentive. Harvard is nearby. Basically it's a dive bar for 20 something's.

Very affordable food,cocktails. Interesting selections, beyond standard bar fare. Fine patio atmosphere, but lose the fake flowers outside,shorten the fence, and make passing streetlife more visible.

v uncomfortable high stools. made it difficult to really enjoy being seated. i love to eat out but next time would wait for a table w/ chairs.

This is by no means a fancy joint, not is the food very good, but it has a fun atmosphere. The place is always a mess.

The food was bland, unappetizing to look at and the "medium rare" steak tips were very rare. It has a interesting decor and a long bar well versed in Beers. It's really a bar not a kitchen
The quality of the food and preparation used to be much better. Some of it was cold and some of it was cooked too much.
never go wrong with the double cheeseburger.
