very nice staff
When first entering there is no signage of seat yourself or wait. We waited and we ignored by teenage staff just standing at the register. We sat ourselves and waited, nothing still so I went to the register. Still not helpful, I felt like the cashier was looking thru me like she had way better things to be doing. She couldn’t answer questions of how much items were and was clueless to the certificate I had (first said they didn’t take them manager finally told her they did) I ordered and paid, asked a couple of questions that were met with dead air. We got our drinks & food and the girl never returned to the table or even checked on us. I had to take my glass to the register to get a refill. I truly felt like an unwanted customer, the girls working talked to the other guests and ignored us. I did not know this restaurant was for hometown people only or frequent customers. We would come back if it was know that was ok to do, upon leaving I asked for a menu and was greeted with “ya’ll really wanna come back” WHAT!!!! Very rude and not nessasary, we didn’t make a mess and it was 3 adults. Never have had non service like I had today at this establishment, how have they been in business so long!!!!!
Excellent pizza and salad bar. There was cottage cheese and hard boiled eggs on the salad bar which was nice to see. Even Halloween games and treats offered for the guests.

Got 3 coupons one wasn't any good
Since we were the only two people at the restaurant at the time, the pizzas on the buffet were not as fresh as usual, and somewhat dried out. The salad didn't look as fresh either, although overall it's a great salad bar with good choices. Choice of music seemed to be geared more for the employees than the customers and we couldn't even hear the tv.
LOVE KEN'S PIZZA
Male employee was extremely friendly without being annoying. Asked what pizza we would like on the buffet and offered to start it a little earlier than 5:00. Good spinach in the salad bar.
