I've had their chicken salad w/basil sandwich before and loved it, but this time I think they forgot the basil. It was just so so.

Took my grandson for lunch at Ki's before he left to go back to college. Food was great, service was good, and the view was priceless....
I love having lunch here and looking out at the ocean, and then I usually go to the beach! The staff are always very friendly, in the food really good!
Great breakfast, good coffee, great view of the ocean. It was a week day, so not crowded, quick service at the counter.
One person in our party never got her drink--we had to find someone to get it for her. Another person in our party ordered a taco plate without some of the toppings. One of the salads came w/o the chicken that was supposed to be in it-we had to find someone to get the chicken for us. We waited over 20 minutes for our food & others that came in after us had their food already. We ordered 2 salads, a burger & a taco plate. Simple stuff. They eventually did make good on everything & were apologetic.

Great Service and View
Ki's never disappoints! We have been coming here for at least 15 years ever since I was a child. The menu has changed a lot but it has just gotten better and better! The owner (Ki's granddaughter) is the best bartender/server/hostess. She is always extremely friendly and a breath of fresh air!

Salsa should be made for salsa lovers but it was flat with a need for jalapeños and the omelette and scramble also lacked flavor. Quality of ingredients were good but the taste of the meal did not satisfy.

We were celebrating a birthday of our friend. I was the one who suggested Ki's.I was hoping that like in almost all restaurants, cheap or expensive, the management will offer a dessert and birthday song to my friends. Never happened. Instead they were trying to rush us out of the restaurant. Not sure of the reason. Either big group was supposed to come or they wanted to go home as soon as possible. Not the usual great service I WAS EXPECTING FROM Ki's.

Nice ocean views.
The hostess is immature and didn't know how to deal with any problems. We wanted an outdoor table - she said none was available. There were several empty ones, but they had not been bussed. We had to tell her to get someone to clean the tables and then seat us there.
Lorraine, great options for us vegetarians!!! love the food. Too loud for us though. Parents do not seem to care about children screaming and running around

Have always loved this place, when my children were little I enjoyed many weekday lunches here. Now that the kids are grown and we live a bit further away our visits are less frequent and more likely to involve dinner; it still feels like coming home. Family owned, friendly staff, great view, relaxed atmosphere:) The sushi bar is an excellent addition. Thank you Ki"s

Great atmosphere sitting on the balcony with the sun setting. Service was excellent and servers were very friendly. Food was perfect and we will come back again when we are in town.
The food and beverages at Ki's never disappoints. It's yummy and healthy all at the same time. Service is excellent. And the setting is fabulous, right across the street from the sand.
