Restaurant always understaffed, most of the food is mediocre at best. We went for the holiday decor and pizza.

The pizza has changed. It was not the same as it used to be. Perhaps this one was undercooked but the pepperoni and green peppers tasted different. The crust seemed different too.

Service and food were both excellent. Use to live in Chicago near Maries but moved to Florida but try to come back every summer.

Friendly service. Susan very accomodating and had a real pride in this business which was refreshing. The pizza was excellent as was the Greek salad. There was a Jazz duo which added to our dining pleasure. They were a pleasure to listen to and didn't override conversation. The ambiance was of a time long gone when conversation with friends over good food was enough of a goal.

Don't change anything! Marie's is such an institution, and so refreshing to go there and have those reassuring red vinyl booths, mirrors, friendly waitstaff...love everything about it.
