Mavericks Montauk, a modern, ingredient-forward steakhouse opens this season on Fort Pond. Chef Jeremy Blutstein's menu features wood-fired, dry-aged steaks and locally-caught seafood alongside seasonal produce sourced throughout Long Island and the Hudson Valley. The playful wine program from Managing Partner Vanessa Price, features large-format bottlings from around the world and, in the spirit of supporting local agriculture, a section of the wines from New York. The inviting and expansive 200-seat space has an unobstructed sunset water views.
