I treated a friend as a birthday gift. We have been there many times and as usual it was a delicious experience.

It was hot inside and the waitress was slow & unfriendly. Never greeted us or smiled. When I asked for condiments, she had an attitude. She took a long time to take our order and gave us the check before we were half way through our meal, then she took a long time to bring us our change. Food was good though.

The waitress was nice but disorganized. I had to ask 3 times for my juice. I actually got my food BEFORE I got my juice. The place is small and the place was NOT busy (there were empty tables and the whole place probably held only about 20 small tables. There were 2 waitress and 1 hostess working) the dinning area. When I got my juice she didn't give me a straw. I had go after her to ask for one. My toast had no butter on it (my son's toast didn't either)so I had to ask her for butter. I was under the assumption that most (if not all) breakfast places always put butter on the toast. Maybe I'm wrong? Then I had to wait 10 minutes for her to pick up check/money from the table...mind you, she's walked by my table 4 times during that 10 minutes. The service was not impressive because the waitress gave the impression that she's very "green" doing her job. Maybe more training is needed by that waitress...btw...I came from a restaurant business that sat 250 people so I KNOW what good service is.
first time there. on street parking, only.price for what we had was a little high for that type of restaurant. would go back, only to use another certificate.

The wait staff are always excellent, food REAL and made from a real kitchen, quickness and quality and price outstanding. I would eat here more frequently if the hours were extended. However-- We Gotta love their philosophy of only taking cash and having limited hours. Really, they do things right!!
The waitresses were super nice and efficient. The food was excellent. They accommodated my special requests for eating lunch at breakfast hour. They gave me extra cranberry when I asked. They were great.
We both ordered the Eggs Benidict. The most amazing hollandise sause. The eggs were do delious. I can't wait to go back.
