Needs new management. We waited for over 25 minutes to get someone to clean the table and finally left without eating. We came back to this restaurant a few months later after a friends child secured a job there to support her. Since "She" seen us, she walked over and gave us a hug and took our order. I asked for a Hamburger cooked "Rare" and when it arrived, it was "CHARRED TO A CRISP" and the French Fries were Cold. I asked her what happened with my order and she said that the Cooks are not allowed to cook a meat less than "Well Done" and I ended up throwing the hamburger away. I went back to talk to someone in the position of authority. During that conversation, I was told that if I did not like their food then I am free to go elsewhere..... The manager (Female in mid 20's) pretty much cemented my thoughts that there is a problem with management / ownership and people come here for years and that is their customer base but they have no idea how much revenue they are losing due to the way the facility is being operated. It has been a while since I have even contemplated going back to this location and unsure if I will ever go back.
