Even though we had reservations and our table was available, we were told to wait roughly 30 minutes to be seated. It was early too, like 5:30. I had my 92 year old mother with me:(. Very frustrating.

The food was spectacular. Creative dishes, appetizer where outstanding. The best meal I have eaten in years. The food was reasonably priced. The venue was beautiful. The staff was knowledgeable about their menu, efficient, and very friendly with a beautiful smile. Rachel's provided my guest and myself with an unforgetable dining experience. It is now my number 1 restaurant to frequent. Thank you Rachel's.

The seafood dishes for great,however,the sirloin steaks were burnt,we should have sent them back. Also we waited a long time for the food.Previous visits were excellent,we were disappointed.

It would have been excellent if it wasn't for the hostess. We didn't have a reservation and she was rude to us because of it.
They actually made me something they took off of the menu! My husband got his USUAL & loved every bit of it! Of course, we had to take dessert home along with leftovers. It's actually our favorite romantic restaurant to go to.

The food and dinner service was exceptional. The bar maid was un-professional. Other than serving us drinks prior to dinner, she spent the rest of the time we were there talking to one gentleman about her travels and kids. Not one word was spoken to us or even acknowlging we were there except for our drink order. Very un-professional!!!
Great food, service & atmosphere. Regular menu is fine but somewhat simple. Specials menu sometimes is offered & typically has interesting/different offerings. Appetizers used to include shrimp cocktail but seems to be a thing of the past ... no other clean or healthy option.

The food was good, as always, but I had to get up and ask a busboy to find us a server and give us some water, after the table next to us (who were seated after us) had their drinks and appetizers ordered. It seems like there was not anyone supervising the (very young) staff. Once we were given a server (Justin); the food was served quickly and efficiently. I didn’t have a problem with the server, but overall I think the service is poor.

Sever Mike was good. Apps were good. One pasta dish was very salty and Nutella pizza barely had Nutella in it. Very disappointing. Guys bribing ocer plates dropped fork with food in my lap with no apology and also slammed plates of food at us. He needs to be taught how to gently place food in front of customers. It was my dads 90 birthday which I told them at reservation but there was no acknowledgment of this at all once there. Disappointing as this is his favorite restaurant and ours.

Waitress did not offer any specials until we asked. She mentioned Sunday Sauce. three out of 6 at the table ordered it. One said it was very dry. Others liked but found it was a small portion.

Very disappointed this time. When I made reservations I specifically ask to sit in the patio area and was told we would be sitted their. Well, when we arrived they sat us in the main room because it was full. No it wasn't. We have been going to Pazzo for years. Very Very disappointed!!!!

2nd time we're tried this place. Food was mediocre & VERY expensive. Branzino served w/ head, tail & skin was small & nothing special. Not worth the $$. Sunday dinner sauce tasted like it was from a jar. Only thing keeping it open is its proximity to Count Basie Theatre. Wine bottle sold @ 3x cost.
Initially we had a problem with our waitress, who took our order for a bottle of champagne and disappeared for 15 minutes. We spoke to the Manager, Pat who immediately sent over a new waiter, Mike. From there everything went perfectly, as usual! Service great, food great!

The servers and food were great!!! As soon as you sat down, they give you warm bread with butter and Olive Oil (with olives). After that, the rest of the food came in at a perfect timing! This is a great place where we will go over and over again!!!

We went here to celebrate my husbands birthday with friends. The atmosphere was very nice and the bartender made excellent drinks. The food was outstanding from the appetizer right through to dessert. Cannot wait to go back!

We haven't been to Pazzo in a while since we moved a little further away but, as always, it didn't disappoint. Always consistently good food, good service and a nice atmosphere. My favorite restaurant in the area. It is a little pricey which is why we are grateful they are on restaurant.com allowing us to go as often as we have.

The dinner on menu stated as linguine with baby clams was actaully served with soft shell clams (aka steamers). There is a difference that your chefs should be aware of.

The food is good but it was a little uncomfortable dining there. We weren't in an air conditioned room, we were seated in an adjoining room which had 1/2 the fans running. When I asked if they could turn on the fans in our part of the room, they had to ask the manager before they turned it on. I did notice everytime they brought customers to the back of the room, they didn't stay there. I guess they complained and were taken to the air conditioned room. The waiter was very nice he kept apologing for the warm room and did bring us a big glass of water with ice in it. We didn't know if we were suppose to put the ice on our body or what.
The Italian greens were not good, just canned spinach with a little cheese on top, yuck. Salad could have been better, all they added to greens, one slice of cucumber and 1 grape tomato cut in half?? Order baked potato they were out on a Saturday nite??

It was not overly crowded, so perhaps they were short staffed???? Will go again, but only because I have 2 more certificates that I bought on Plum benefits... each worth $50 and I paid only $12.00

It was our Wedding Anniversary shared with friends. Three of our meals were okay... but, my wife's Prime Rib was terrible. It was not freshly made.Just warmed up meat & served. The Au Jus was full of salt. We were very unhappy.

It's very rare that there is an issue of any kind. Food is always great while the filet is excellent. Jamie & Cory are outstanding wait staff! Just wish the restaurant offered other value certificates every now and then, I would love to introduce more of my family to Rachels but need a larger certificate than $25 to bring them in. We would NOT visit as regularly as we do without certificates.

They put the tip on our bill and there was nly 2 of us. This could be a reason we never return. I find adding the tip to the bill to be rude.
Server was rude and slow. Fish dinner was terrible. Sent fish back and it still was terrible. Very disappointed.

Made a reservation for 8 people. Table was set and they were waiting for us. Glad we had a round table for easier conversation. Everyone was more than pleased with their dinners and Jaimie , the server was very attentive. She is a very good waitress.
Jamie our server was Great, very attentive. Both of us had filet, it's all I get but my companion normally eats prime rib. I talked him into trying the filet and he was as pleased with the meal as I always am. I don't think he'll be going back to prime rib!

patio atmosphere was wonderful food terrific our waiter was new and overwhelmed a bit he was kind and efficient but slow at getting our order taken seemed like the restaurant needed more help as he was the only server we saw the entire nite

The server was horrible. He smelled like alcohol. He was not engaging. He seemed to forget we were there. For some reason we were charged a 20% tip automatically for poor service. My side (twice baked potato was cold). He brought my husband a baked potato instead of spaghetti.

Appetizers took forever. Had salad before appetizers . Waited another 1/2 hour before main course showed up. Three times in a row we have had terrible service. Not sure if it is wait staff or kitchen.

This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. It was nice and cozy and the food was delicious. The only disappointment of the night was the service. It seemed like they were short on servers and we had to wait fairly long to get served each time we needed something.

I was a little dissapointed in the food, while the appitizers were wonderful, the entree could have used something more. And I was a little irritated that teh server gave me the wrong ticket and charged my card, had to void it and re charge it.
