I had the pizza by the slice, which was actually two slices for the price of one and they were unbelievably delicious. My wife had the Ceasar wrap, which was also very good. We ate at the bar during a slow time (around 2 p.m.) and the bartender/ waitress could have been a little more attentive.

Don’t eat outside. We were completely ignored. We had to go in every time we needed something. Granted they were busy but it wasn’t just us it was everyone outside. Understaffed but they knew there was a big event that day. As we were looking through the window we saw tables come and go, clearly ignored. At one point I went inside and asked for a waiter and she rolled her eyes and said “ya I’ll get right on that”

Took one hour to receive our slice of pizza and we went early at 5:30 pm! Terrible service. Waitress blamed the kitchen.
The pizza and stromboli were overdone. I couldn't cut the stromboli, it was so hard.
They had 1 server working and he was overwhelmed! He did the best he could do, but with so many people and only him his service was slow and he turned in our order wrong.
It was ok. The pizza we ordered had a little too much garlic on it but overall everything tasted good.
Salads were fresh, pizzas delicious, drinks were cold, tv's with good games on ,and a good waitress. Doesn't get much better.

Robertos is our go to for wings and pizza, the past 2 times there the wings were very dry. Our waiter took our order then referred to us as old, brought back out our food and never saw him again. I had to ask a lady cleaning tables to get our waiter so we could pay and leave, when he comes out he makes a comment of, wow didn't think we (party of 4) could've eaten that much, ( basically calling us fatties). NOT impresses with this visit!

Roberto's 5 topping pizza by the slice (really two big slices) is an excellent value. Only negative: patrons cannot just order tap water, must purchase bottled water.

We had the Tuscany pizza and it seemed to be of lesser quality than the last time that we ordered it. The bacon and chicken we're not as good as what we have come to expect. The Caesar salad's were very good but also tasted a bit different than the last time we dined there. The taste of the salad dressing had almost a dill pickle flavor to it instead of a real Cesar flavor.

The restaurant was busy and our server worked double time to juggle 4 full tables. He did an amazing job.
It was average. Nothing special. The coupon didn't do us any justice because it was an expensive meal. The most expensive meal of our vacation. They charge 20% gratuities for parties of 6 although we paid separately and sat at two different tables and they also charge a resort fee in addition to the gratuity that was added so I paid an extra $10 with both fees although the resort fee was small. It would be more suitable for parties of 5 or less. Also, it's in a private community so you will have to get a restricted visitor's pass which is easy to get. Just drive up and they will hand it to you. One last thing. The GPS will take you to the wrong entrance. Take a left at the light before you get to the light at Baytowne Ave. I hope this helps.
Saw people sit and getting up 2 leave.felt sorry for the bartender and waiter who were the only ones working trying 2 keep up.food was good but owner needs more help and maybe patrons would stay.some loud obnoxious teens really were giving the waiter a harder time

Both servers there seemed like they were on a hangover. No personality and no energy. Right away we felt like we were intruding.

We love the Pizza and the service was outstanding. Our waitress, Rebekuh was very friendly and accommodating to our special needs. She checked in with us during our meal and brought free drink refills as needed. She is one of the best waitresses that we've encountered during our visit to the panhandle.

The waitress, Katrina was VERY good and friendly and kept our drinks filled, checked with us often, etc. VERY good service! And, EXCELLENT pizza! The only thing we felt was a bit disappointing was the cheesy garlic bread, which was small and cost $6.95. The three of us only got one piece, plus an end split.

Although the food was good it was overpriced. With our entree you receive no salad or bread. We had to spend $37.50 to use the $25 cert. and that was o problem at the prices. Chic Parm $14.95 Chic Alf. $14.95 Lemonade $2.95 Brownie $7.95 I drank water. Total food $40.80 Tax $3.13 RESORT FEE $.82 So once the $25 was deducted I still owed $19.75. Service was OK so I only left a $3 tip. Olive Garden is a much better value.
We dined on the porch which was very relaxing. Without the certificate the place is way to pricey fro what you get. Although my Chicken Parm. was good it was not worth $14.95. My wife had the Chicken Alf. and it was the same price. A regular pink lemonade was $2.95. We ended our meal with a Choc. Brownie that was $7. We had to spend $37.50 with the cert. so once that was deducted and we left a $3 tip we ended up spending $23 anyway. Not a great value in my opinion. When looking at the menu you get no sides with anything. Most places you do get a salad and bread with an entree. Would not go back for these reasons.
Atmosphere was good, enjoyed the flat screen tvs all around, plenty of dining space, very clean. We chose to dine outside on the deck as we had a group of ten very loud and noisy men sitting next to us. It was hard to have a conversation within our group of 5. Overall, the restaurant was very good. Highly recommend.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the food. I was going to order lasagna and the waitress said it wasn't very good. So I ended up ordering her recommended dish. Chicken alfredo...it was terrible.

Everything was great except the temp in the room was around 77 and so it was a little hot. You would think in FL that restaurants would definitely have good AC but this one struggled at best. That said, the food was great - we had 2 pizzas and all were good and the large is definitely a big pizza.

We thought it was pricey for the experience. We ordered a salad, a wrap, one drink and an alcoholic drink and it was close to $50 without the certificate. It was average (except for prices) at best.
We took the pizza to our cottage rather than eat-in so it's difficult to say but we enjoyed the interaction when we ordered and picked up the pizza. Treated with kindness and respect. The crust on the Margarita pizza wasn't too thin---just right and delicious!

Address and on Restaurant.com and their site on internet are not reconized my Tom Tom GPS, finally had to go to Mapquest to find the Cannery Lane address. Would help it also said that it was located in the Village Warf in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and that you could get a pass at the gate.
Our visit was wonderful. The staff was very attentive & the food was great. Try the Cubano!
They need to include other side items with sandwiches. Not everyone likes or wants french fries. Just our thoughts. Thanks.

Service was beyond pitiful. Waited forever for drinks and when pizza was delivered to table we were told they were out of toppings. Can't believe this place is still in business.

Pizza was overpriced as was the chocolate milk. Water was never refilled. Waitress told us the the water stinks and she hates to bring it out so she would prefer we order bottled water. (There was nothing wrong with the water.)
TV's were too loud. Food was good, server was awesome. I would like to see bread served with paste dishes.For the price I would like regular drink cups and not styrofoam.

I found it VERY pricey especially for the service provided. The server would ask if we needed anything else, and then would be annoyed when we did. I know customers with children are less than desirable for some servers, but we are still paying for the food/service and we still deserve the same level as everyone else. For crying out loud, she couldn't get away from us fast enough, she took my pizza right out from under me! I barely got to eat. Never again.

Great food, but we don't go very often because, i think they need to hire more people because it always takes forever to get tour food. It took over 45 minutes tonight to get our food.

Everything was great with the exception of the spaghetti. None of us liked it. Service was great, atmosphere great, etc. Would visit again when we return to Destin.
Pizza dough wasn't cooked long enough. Nachos were not good at all. Cheese sauce poured on chips with a few black beans and jalepenos. They were still better than the pizza though.

The food was pretty good, but not worth the price. It was hot inside and we didn't realize we had to walk through an entire village to get to it. Sorry to say, I wouldn't recommend it.
