Food and service were great. Always consistent quality. Good job with social distancing with tables set up outside.

Lobster bisque was exceptional - very generous amount of lobster. The Christmas Day pasta special with shrimp, crab meat, and scallops was absolutely incredible. Service, as always, was top notch.

Dined at Sapore twice in Sept. excellent food and service. We had papardelle Bolognese and chicken Frances, both were delicious. BYOB always a plus.
This restaurant has very attentive servers and the food is excellent. Combine that with a lot of charm, it's a great place to dine
All courses we had came out very hot and were well prepared and tasty. Waitstaff was very friendly and while very busy was still attentive to our needs.

Food tasted as if it previously frozen then thawed and cooked. Marinara sauce was over cooked and burnt and dry. No flavor.

Ate on the front porch for an early birthday dinner while on vacation. The eggplant parmigiano was delicious, and enough for two people! Being able to BYOB saves a ton of money! The Victorian House is located on a quiet side street away from the Washington Street Mall, but just a short drive away.

It was restaurant week. Not only was the food excellent but the amount of food they gave was tremendous.
The food is excellent and the staff is great they take that extra step to make sure you have everything.We also come hear every year in November as a family 8 of us .The antipasto they give you besides the bread is just such a special touch.

Never had a bad meal and everyone is very pleasant and willing to accommodate. Sal was our waiter and he was outstanding.

The only thing that could be improved is the foyer. That area is way to small for the number of customers entering and waiting to be seated.

The food and service was very good. Free Antipasto appetizer is excellent and the pistachio cheesecake is the only dessert we have had there it is so good. The only thing i would lIke to see changed is the bread, it doesnt match the quality and taste of everything else.

I have dined at Sapore several times when in Cape May. If this was my first time, I wouldn't go back. The service was mediocre, and the food fell very short of the expectation. We had asked that they allow us time between the appetizer and the main course. They told us to let them know when we were ready. When we did, the food came out in two minutes. It was obviously under a heat lamp, and it was a soupy mess of a chicken entree and same with my husbands veal dish. I didn't realize they would make it whenever they wanted and leave it under a lamp. (I am assuming that because there is no way to make it fresh in two minutes). We dined for an 8pm reservation so that we weren't rushed from the crown of the early seating's. The restaurant still had many guests still there so it wasn't like they were closing. Too bad. we were looking forward to dinner there and left very disappointed.

The wait staff was very kind but the service was not great. The restaurant was very pretty but it was uncomfortably hot inside. We skipped dessert because we were so hot and wanted to go somewhere else for dessert because it was uncomfortable. The appetizer and entrees were very, very delicious! We all tried each other's meals and every single one was incredible!
Out if smoked trout, tonight. Thats okay, just got bahn mi trout instead. My favorite meal in Asheville, hands down, is one smoked trout taco, one bahn mi trout taco, salad, ans smoked apricot hot sauce.
The food and service were excellent. The portions were of a good size. All the dishes were very flavorful and nicely presented. Our waiter Kiko was very friendly, pleasant and attentive. We will gladly return to this restaurant.
