The waitress and the staff were very nice. The hibachi chef was friendly and energetic.
Waited about 5 minutes before getting seated. a woman was sitting at the welcome desk on her phone before noticing i was there
We took our friend out for her 72nd birthday, and only mentioned it to her during the meal. They were so on point, that at the end of the meal, they brought out a hat and fried ice cream and let us sing to her! It was an amazing experience!! Thank you

Service and food were not as it good as it usually is. Sat us at a table that they must use for extra stuff cause they piled bowls up and all waitress came and took from there.

We felt rushed. When we finished our sushi, the waitress brought our bill right over without asking if there was anything else we'd like. We wanted to order dessert.
Manager was very rude. Very small portions, very expensive, they charged me wrong price first, used my voucher and then told me they couldn’t use my voucher even though they already confirmed using it, but I had to pay full price. Never again

The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because my fiancé and I ordered the same meal -chicken and steak and when the chef came out we only got chicken. I explained to waitress and she brought out the steak. I ended up getting the chef and my fiancé only got chicken
The hibachi table was dirty. Soup was cold, salad was warm, fried rice was over salted and cold. My filet mignon was over cooked. And it took and hour before the chef came to start cooking. Wait staff was rude as well.
This chef is always a delight. Food is always fresh and delicious only problem was steak was more done than med.well. but was still yummy

The food was excellent however this is the second time we've been there and they take the $10 restaurant.com coupon but do not deduct it from the Bill. This is the second time we've had to point out their error and then they corrected by hand.

I ordered crispy duck and it looked like a mess. It was so dry and chewy I was certain it was cooked earlier and reheated in a microwave. Very disappointing for a $19 dish. It was served over a cold salad with no dressing, after I had been served a salad before the entree. It also came with steamed broccoli. A weird combination of hot and cold foods. My son's hibachi was cooked well, he had shrimp with noodles. The soups and salads were good, but my entree was terrible. I spent $50, after $10 certificate and including $10 tip for the attentive servers.

the staff at shogun are excellent. the drinks are reasonably priced and really good. we usually eat at the hibachi table which is always excellent. this time we sat at a table & ordered hibachi. the food was not that great.

There was a large tv with inappropriate programming/images for our children. We asked for the channel to be changed or the tv turned off, but neither was done. Our kids had to face that direction to the hibachi style tables. Everything else was wonderful...
fiance had fish that came out undercooked unfortunately. My sushi and seaweed salad was perfect.
Great service, I had hot tea which was constantly being refilled. My boyfriend had sashimi and hibachi, I had two rolls. He really enjoyed his dinner, and I loved my sushi. I'd definitely come back.

It was good with the exception that our server never placed our order for our sushi. I had to ask them halfway into the meal about it. But otherwise, we enjoy dining here and will continue to do so!

We had a group of 14 people in our dining party celebrating a birthday. Although we were spaced at 2 tables we only had one chef cooking our meal. Although the food tasted very good the portions were unbelievably small. It appeared he had enough food for a table of 8-10 and split it amongst the 14 of us.
Restaurant had a very nice atmosphere. The staff was excellent. Our hibatchi chief Tommy was very entertaining and the food was delicious. The drinks were excellent and affordable.

My husband was finished with his meal before I got mine. They gave me the wrong food but before I realized that my husband gave me 2 shrimp on my plate. I then told the waitress who the. Asked me to take the 2 shrimp off and then gave the food to the table next to me.

always good food and plenty of it. Some cooks are better than others, it seems like you don't get as much 'entertainment' with lunchtime as you do with dinnertime.
The food is excellent, the experience is fun, the only thing that could use improvement would be that they are very slow to get you more drinks. Overall we really enjoy it and recommend it often.

Can't say enough great things--very clean, excellent service, delicious food and excellent food presentation. Sitting by the window enjoying the natural stream situated within a wooded area amplifies this wonderful dining experience. Can't wait for warmer weather to dine outside and hear the stream flowing.
When we presented our Restaurant.com gift cert we were told that we would have to pay for the dinner (19.95 per plate) rather that lunch menu(9.95 per plate) because we were using it. The gift cert clearly states Sunday Lunch Habachi and we were there at 1:00. When I protested they gave in. If the restaurant does not want to take the gift certs they should not offer them on the website. I will not be purchaseing any more for Shogun :(

Much more enjoyable than about 1 month ago with we had some challenge with the correctness of the bill. Management than was rather negative about trying to make it right. He finally did, but not a pleasant experience.This time it was much better.

they need to hire more staff. the service was slow. they need a drink menu with a beer list on it. I wanted a drink, but I had no idea what they had to offer. my beer was not very cold. the food was good, but not great.
food was best japanese i have experienced, server was kind of young and not really paying attention to what we were asking for although she was very nice maybe just needs more experience,needs to check back to make sure all is well!!!!!!

The waiter did not pay any attention to the fact we went most of the meal without drinks. He also took his time coming to take our order. I also ordered my steak rare and it came to me well done. We go there often so I dont know if it was mistake of the cooks or the very bad waiter we had. My guess would be the waiter because he was watching the hibachi cook do tricks while taking our order. Never had a problem there before last night. I didnt complain i ate it and was almost done before he even looked at me so I could wave him over to because my drink was empty when he dropped off the meal.
